FRESH from CPW - No rental - 15p calls anytime any network, 5 p texts - Any good?

My mobile contract is due for renewal this month, and I`ve just seen this deal at CPW.

I`m not fussed about a new phone and this looks very good. Wondered whether anyone has this deal. The T-mobile network is the service provider.

Price plan

Cheers

check out the o2 pay-as-you-go deals as well.. you can get the o2 cards of ebay for 3-4 quid inc delivery.. and if you top up a tenner a month you get 300 free texts or a mixture of texts / mms messages and cross network minutes. though for more cross minutes you need to put more on the phone a month.. i think... :B

You can get O2 PAYG SIMS for free every few months from O2. A lot of those on E-bay were probably free in the first place so why pay and let someone else profit.

For Fred Smith:

I suggest you re-read my post. I didn`t ask what the best deal was.

I simply mentioned a deal I think is excellent - some might say a bargain.

I hadn`t heard of it before - hence I thought others might be interested. Hence it indicates a "current cheap deal".

Suggest you check first before writing patronising replies.

Cheers

PS I have a free O2 simcard - Thanks anyway syanide

Yes this is a good deal, CPW also have a sim card for cheap international phone calls only 6p to Australia. Amazing that you can call Australia for cheaper than you can make a call in the UK.

Chris - not a bad deal but can be beaten virtually everywhere.

The O2 Talkalot SIM - will get you calls at an effective 8p per minute - that`s assuming that you use 125 mins a month - this works out at 100xnet bonus for £10 top up then remaining £10 at 40ppm = 25 minutes - so 125mins for £10 hence 8ppm. So a decent deal if you use a hundred mins or so. If you`re a low user calling a few numbers try Tesco - it can be 10ppm.
I use contracts - and cashback - get the latest phones and 200xnet mins for under a tenner a month, then sell the phone for a £100 on Ebay at the end of contract - so cost is usually nil or in my favour.
