Hi Everybody, a long time lurker here.
Called in to the local Staples last Sunday,noticed they are selling Benq FP937s 19 inch TFT monitors for 199.I picked one up - DVI-D and D-Sub cables are included, Resolution is 1280 x 1024,response time is 12ms.
So far I`m very happy with it - no sign of any dead pixels, Half Like 2 looks great, as do DVDs. All in all a very nice monitor for the money.

Hi
Which store was it?Is the monitor just a local thing since it isn`t advertised on their website.Anyone else seen it in any other Staples store?

This is a nation wide deal with Staples, being advertised in the press this weekend. Plenty of stock available.

They have the very similar Benq FP931 at eBuyer for £176.24

Nice one! I`d been thinking about getting a 19" with DVI and this fitted the bill nicely. I had a dead pixel on mine (a nice green one smack bang dead centre of the screen - lovely on movies!!) but Staples were really good, popped it on one of their display pc`s, I showed them the pixel and they swapped it out for a new screen. The guy who served me even let me check out the replacement before I drove home (didn`t fancy another 10 mile trip if this one had one too!) I might even be nice to my sister and give her my old Philips 17" now...
