saw this on rpoints. Someone posted the following link for cheap toner refills; I`ve never heard of them before but if they`re puckka it the Samsung should be very cheap to run

Absolutely pukka - These machines come with a "starter" cartridge that lasts for about 750 - 800 copies before it starts running light (shake the cart to redistribute the toner). £50 for the full size toner cartridge.

£9 (inc p&p approximately) will get the starter refilled 3 times or the full size once. :B

I bought the last Samsung (The ML1520) that was highlighted on this forum for £50 (great printer by the way). I want this one now! Oh well, can`t have them both. :/

I bought this when they were selling it for £99.99 at PC World. I`ve got to say, it is excellent value for money, but beware of the starter cartridge. I`ve done 400 copies and it is already starting to fade down the sides. Shook the toner to redistribute it, and it`s printing "okay" now. Spot on when the toner was fresh...

I`ll be indulging in some refills very soon, as the PCWorld price for a toner is £65.00

Gotta say though, I wish I`d waited, but it seemed like such a bargain at the time!
