Page 1 of Boot technology bargains with triple points & 10% off

Between Monday 07 February & Friday 11 February Boots is having one of its triple points bonanzas. For those not in the know, if you have a Boots Advantage card, you can claim 4 advantage card points for every pound spent both instore and online. With each point worth a penny against future Boots purchases instore, that`s the equivalent of a 4% discount. During a triple points bonanza, Boots triple the number of points you can earn to 12 points in every pound or 12p towards future Boots purchases for every pound spent.

In addition to this, there are currently a couple of valid discount codes for 10% off in addition to your triple points: MUPV66 & MPDJ98. These codes are valid on all purchases above £50 in value. The discount is applied at checkout by typing either of the codes into the promotional codes box. For purchases of between £10 and £50 in value, you can use discount code DAMA88 which gives you £5 off.

Alternatively, if you have an advantage card, for purchases of between £25 and £50 in value you can use discount code KIDW56 which gives you 500 extra advantage card points (worth £5 towards a future Boots purchase) and for purchases of less than £25 in value you can use discount code SEVN46 which gives you 200 extra advantage card points (worth £2 towards a future Boots purchase). However, if your basket value is between £10 and £50, the £5 off voucher is the best option.

As usual, I`ve taken this opportunity to have a scout around their site and identify a large number of consumer technology bargains that can be had using the discount and taking into account the value of the triple points on offer. However, in many cases the stocks are very limited. From past experience, it`s safe to say that stock of these item will NOT be replenished until after the triple points bonanza has finished so it really is a case of once it`s gone it`s gone.

One thing though, the TV/DVD combo states this on the page:

"Offer not available in conjunction with any other promotion or discount"

I`ve had a quick go and none of the discount codes seem to work against this item...although you`ll obviously still get triple points.

WORD OF WARNING

Some of the items listed on the boots web-site (mainly relating to the clearance items / gadgets etc) are half the listed price in stores. Only problem will be if the stores have sold out.
