Thought I`d post this on a new thread for anyone who missed the other Staples PC like me (mentioned here), I`ve found another bargain one in the Staples at Stockton-on-Tees...got it for the kids room, way cheaper than upgrading our old PC and with XP and Works already included....all for £220

Been into the Torquay store this afternoon, didnt see this there... was it priced at £220, as the cheapest unit i saw was £299?

Yeah it`s just over the road from Big W, on a small retail park. The shelf just says P4 £220, I had to ask what the spec was, and for them to let me look in device manager etc, as they didn`t have much spec on display leaflet.

They had one and display and the rest out the back, dunno how many but at least two, as I had one that had been opened and resealed at first, so make sure you don`t get that one (see other thread linked in first post).

You couldn`t buy the software for that, never mind the PC. Just spent the last few hours updating it all, and making it secure. :)

dont suppose you could do me a really big favour could you please mark. Get hold of me one and i`ll pay you £250 for it? Nice little bit of pocket money for your troubles.

been in there today was a one off only had 2 guy said in store not to worry :(

Sorry Jammy, ain`t got that kind of cash spare straight after Xmas, just to say managed to buy this one. Seems decision has been made now anyhow, as Micky says they have no more.
