As the title says, 100 DVD-Rs or DVD+Rs on a spindle delivered to your door for £19.98. Anyone got any amazon voucher codes?

The link below is to the DVD-Rs, look to the bottom of the page for a link to the +Rs

I have found it is better value to pay the extra few pence per disc as everytime I have tried cheap discs I have had playback problems and more than a few failures, as much as 20% of the spindle with some discs :o and now price my discs on the basis of
100 good quality discs delivered from SVP at around £24 and 100 discs burn ok so cost = 24 pence per disc
or
100 cheap unheard of discs from wherever at £20 and 80 % burn ok so cost = 25 pence per disc

Not forgetting the hastle and time of having to re burn your disc.

If you still want to try cheapos try here www.ukdvdr.co.uk/shop/customer/home.php?cat=260

About 6 years ago I bought two packs of (20 in all) of HI-SPACE recordable Mini Discs and they are still going strong today, this is a good bargain the shipping is free as well, only problem is are they printable, thinking of the future when I buy an DVD/CD Epson printer. :)
Still a good buy though. :)

Do noy buy these they are total s***e.

Am using with pioneer 107 and dvdshrink which works fine with datawrite - imation - verbatim - pioData and various others usually cheapos. However these have a huge fail rate about one in four.

A waste of money and time. AVOID!!!!

Aren`t these the ones on sale in Maplins? I`m sure they are-if so, I had 50 when they were on offer at £28 for 50 (plus get 50 free so £28 per 100) and they burnt just fine.

That said, I`m only paying coppers more for Ritek Dye x8 speed discs and Datawrite x8 Platinums which are excellent.

Well I`m using these on a Apple 15" Powerbook, using MactheRipper to rip and Popcorn to burn, and so far I`ve had 2 failures out of about 35 discs, which I would say is a good enough hit rate for the price.

As wayne3765 said above UKDVDR have some "BUDGET 4x Yellow DVD-R 100 Pack" at £12.99 plus delivery.

They now have some V3 Datawrite Red Top 4x 4.7GB DVD-R 25 pack for £3.49 ( inc VAT ) (£13.96 for 100) plus delivery.

I have used these disks many times and not had a single problem. So if you`re happy with 4x, they could be a good buy. It also says in the details, "This disc has been tested at up to 8 speed with amazing results".

SVP do offer the best service i have found, i don`t know if they still do it but if they reduce the price on an item within a certain time frame they would give you the money back (after you point out the price reduction to them!)
