Surely Barry Bethal doesn`t need them anymore?
Tried a Slim-Fast milkshake before out of curiousity (I`m not a big guy by the way, only a 30" waist) and it wasn`t that special. Never tried a bar though - still it`s free! :D

Lol,no nice one seriously. Don`t forget to send to a(at least one) friend. I hope it`s a damn big bar,if it`s the same size as those cereal bars,I`ll need a box of them,not just one to replace my usual breakfast.

The only decent flavour looks like that chocolate one, yoghurt muesli sounds disgusting, as if muesli isn't bad enough, who thought it would be a good idea to mix it with yoghurt??
