Do you have a link for the GBA SP offer, when I checked it was £89.95.The Gamecube was out of stock.
GBA SP

looks out of stock on line might be worth trying a local branch. I`m tempted as I broke my one trying to install an afterburner but I really want to wait for the DS
I think that the GBA SP price will drop everywhere when the Gameboy Advance Dual Screen hits the shelves later this year. Rumoured price in the US is between $100 and $150. It looks excellent.
As for the Index special offer price I have tried click and reserve on the black GBA SP but everywhere near to me has no stock. I think they might be end of line stock.
OK
Greenock store had the black Gamecube in stock so clicked and reserved. Then decided to get the SP too, as they had that - also clicked and reserved.
Went over to Greenock (35 miles), and checked the prices through the wee buttony things beforehand. Gamecube was going through the system as expected, but the SP was still full price.
Went to the the till and got the Gamecube, then phoned the website to double check the price of the SP. Let the manager speak to the women on the end of the phone and he marked it down no problems. So got a Gamecube, a SP, and Crash Nitrocart for the SP (down from £24 to £14) for the grand total of...£99.95!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice spot. Might be worth changing the subject of the thread though as others might have missed this (although stocks do look to be low).
Just to warn you that the woman on the website phoneline was a bit stroppy, stating that stores and the website have different promos. I just said there was nothing on the website that I noticed about that, and when something was out of stock you were offered the chance to click and reserve with nothing about price differences. Manager didn`t even quibble with me...
SP is now back up to full price on the index web site.
As I said earlier, expect the price to drop permanently in a few months time when this comes out.
Am i correct in assuming that if you can find an item in stock locally and then reserve that item at a local store due to central web site inavailablity you still get it for the on line price quoted at the time of reservation? :/
