Experience i couldnt even order from them this afternoon. I tried two diff debit cards and a credit card and each of them had an error. How? Ive used them milllions of time online before Update..... There must have been something wrong with the site this afternoon as it now works first time and my order went through. I`ll keep you informed on how things develop. Hopefully i`ll get them in a couple of days

Had a look this morning and saw they had Terminator Spec Ed for £15. Went on again tonight and it had gone up to £21! All the box sets seem to have gone up as well.

Not too impressed with delivery times. I ordered from them last Sunday and they still haven`t arrived. Am I just being a fussy, impatient bugger that`s so impressed by the service at http://www.musicbox.cd (Order on sunday, arrive Tue morning), or is this a long time to wait for a UK based company?
No way I`ll ever pay £20 for a DVD

Just received my order which I placed on 19/03/01. I had to send them an e-mail last week to find out what the delay was with shiping the discs (rather than them contacting me). They replied saying that one of the discs hadn`t been released and couldn`t get a date from the label concerned (despite having already charged the full amount to my credit card). They informed me that the other titles had been shipped together with a refund for the disc not yet released. The refund came by way of a cheque (despite the fact they should have refunded the amount to my card thus breaking terms of trading with the credit card company) but to make matters worse the cheque was made out with the wrong christian name. JUST BEWARE!!!!
