Just watched this, and my god it`s poor.

I don`t know if I`ve been spoilt by how good the UK version was, but the American version is just cringeworthy (and not in a good way). I can`t think of a single bit of the show that made me even raise a smile, never mind laugh.

Anyone else had the missfortune? It`s available in all the usual places if you fancy ruining your Easter holiday. :/

My mother is after a cartoon of Charles and Camilla that she can copy onto a couple of eggs for her local woman`s groups easter competition.

I have searched Google but found nowt decent. Can anyone help?

(They will have to be simple to copy)

I stayed in the Ij Boulevard (I think that`s how it was spelt), cost about £25 a night two years ago.

Tell you what, I`ll go and see what it costs now, be right back....


... rIght, I`m back. `Ecky thump the proces have gone up a bit! It`ll now cost you £85 for a double room on 30th May! It wasn;t even that nice a hotel, I stayed there cos it was cheap. Sorry I couldn`t be more help. :(

I know that IMDB is full of peoples speculation on what is going to happen, but at least one person on there has been posting spoilers for future episodes so I am staying well away.

Now that we know the woman and her colleagues were shipwrecked there because of those numbers, and Hurley had heard them as well before his lottery win, anyone had any thoughts about what exactly the island is, and why certain people are there?

And who exactly laid an electricty cable and set up a transmitter prior to the ship being wrecked there?

I am really enjoying this series (although truth be told, there are some dull bits), but will be really dissapointed if we don`t get some answers in the next three episodes.

Some good news (for me)

My stepdad came home from hospital today where he was having an operation to remove a bowel cancer. He got his results just before he got released and has been given the all clear (it`s all been removed succesfully, and there where no more cancerous growths anywhere else in his body). It`s been a pretty worrying few weeks as my real dad died of cancer a few years ago and it all seemed so familiar.

Anyhoo, just thought I`d share - and now I`m off to drink myself stupid(er)
