I dont know whether i was lucky or not, but i spotted an ad in the Sun yesterday for a GC with 5 games for £79.99 (Mario Kart: DD and 4 Zelda games).
It said Argos were involved in the promotion so i popped in on the way home from work.
Unsurprisingly, the staff had never heard of said promotion so they gave me the only Mario Kart: DD deal they had on (GC, Mario Kart:DD, the zelda games, spare joypad and memory card for £99.99) for the offer price, as it was advertised.
I dont know if I was lucky or not, but its worth a crack. The GC and that booty for £79.99 is a bit of a bargain.

I think the Zelda 4 game pack is a special promotion - it`s a compilation disc of older versions of Zelda, only available with the Mario Kart DD / GameCube pack.
Still a good price for that though, considering most places sell the console alone for £79.99

Got this over two weeks ago! It`s been running for a while now.
Also very good combo deals at Comet and Toys R Us, depends which bundle/type of games you prefer.

As far as i could gather the promotion advertised was 79.99 for a GC, mario kart and the zelda games, with 1 joypad and no memory card.
But confusion reigned and i ended up getting their £99 pack for 79.99. Which is indeed a bargain.

What makes this even more of a bargain is that the zelda limited edition game is selling for about £40 on ebay, offload this and you`ve got a GC and mario kart DD for £40!

Yep, and also Mario Kart for £35, so sell the two and you`ve got a Gamecube + Extra Controller & Memory Card for a Fiver!!!!

And Gamecubes can go for £70, So sell that as well and you`ve made over £30.
But obviously you won`t have a Gamecube or any games anymore.

That Zelda disk is now available with any gamecube. We`ve recieved the seperate ones at Toys R Us and I`ve read elsewhere that Game have recieved the same.
