Not sure if its common knowledge, but my local PC World had reduced ALL gamecube titles to 24.99 !

Did they have any decent titles in? They have a habit of putting these offers on, then "running out of stock" extremely quickly.

They had mario sunshine, eternal darkness, etc Quite a good range. I`m fairly new to the cube so wasn`t sure what to look for. I`ve heard good things about Eternal Darkness, and i haven`t seen it as cheap as £25 anywhere else.

Is The Sims included in the £25 range?

PC World is part of the Dixons group who made a decision to drop the GC and are selling all games at £24.99 or less.

They are not getting any new titles so it is all defiantely pre-Metroid Prime titles.

Argos also made the same decision but then back tracked when they culdn`t keep up with the deman when they did that amazing promotion at £78.99.

My local stores have nothing worth buying.

Try Pre Super Monkey Ball 2, Resident Evil Zero, PSO. In fact its probably fairly accurate to go back to Starfox Adventures.

The Cardiff Dixons (XL) has Starfox running as a demo on their Gamecube stand, yet do not stock the product for sale.

Dixons are a very strange company!!

Read the latest copy of EDGE and you`ll see the Dixons group are NOT dropping the cube. After dropping the price, sales took right off and now they`ve `re-evaluated` their decision and will continue to stock the cube at a discount price.

Argos have also NOT stopped stocking the cube.

I didn`t realise Dixons had changed their minds, but I did say that Argos had.

I think MP and the forthcomming (very close) Zelda is probably making Dixons re-evaluate. But we are still lacking high quality game releases!!!
