Yeah they do ship it! I usually shop with Bensons world, they are very good. It`s a very old offer though, I was hoping they would change it. Just to let you know it is not shipped in the real DVD case, only a card sleeve. You can download the image and create your own box though, I`m sure someone will give you the link.

Just received my copy today. I never got a confirmation e-mail so I`d thought the offer was over but again I was wrong. It arrived in a cardboard case, fortunately the sleeves were printed where I work so I might be able to find a few old copies.
