RE: TV/DVD combi

You can try this, I don`t know it will work or not though...

http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/forums/thread.asp?Forum=176&Thread=413059

You also have the procedure for Toshiba SD240E

You can try these procedure using remote (handset);

http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/info/multiregion/full/toshiba240.asp
http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.php?dvdplayer=Toshiba+SD240&hits=50

These are for Toshiba SD240E, but it`s need no money. I think there is worth to try it.

RE: toshiba SD-130E hack wanted

Did you try these procedures for other Toshiba SD-1x0E or SD-x30E players?

http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.php?dvdplayer=Toshiba+SD1+0E&hits=50
http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.php?dvdplayer=Toshiba+SD+30E&hits=50

Mainly, the procedure for SD-220E was used for those families. You can try this link;

http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.php?select=Toshiba+SD220E

and follow the procedure written in;
- Region code hack posted by Jez Bown, January 04 2003

and you need http://www.geocities.com/its_yahell/sd220e.rar to burn CD.

Good luck.

RE: Country code password for DV200ST

If you have "DV2000ST" and CD burner, you can try LG5000 hack procedure for LG DV2000ST at your own risk...

http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.php?select=LG+DV2000
http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.php?select=LG+5083

These kind of modification can be harmful if you will make mistake during the procedure... Good luck.

Further investigation is needed...

I guess, you are asking about Funai "DPVR 5500"...

http://wwww.flimmerkisten.de/preise/produkt/135300.html
http://www.recospa.it/prodotti_desc.ASP?PUN=COMBINATI%20VIDEOREGISTRATORI/DVD&MARCA=FUNAI

And, further my guess...

- I heard Funai is producing OEM units for Hitachi, Mitsubishi et al.
- Hitachi DV-PF7, DVPF74U, DVPF7E has similar drive positions, buttons & AV inputs on the front panel (the shape of the front panel is different from Funai`s panel though.)

[DV-PF7 for Japan - Region 2 NTSC]
http://av.hitachi.co.jp/deck/product/dvpf7/index.html

[DVPF74U for USA - Region 1 NTSC]

[DVPF7E for Europe - Region 2 PAL?]
http://www.hitachidigitalmedia.com/DMG/viewProduct_1.jsp?productid=366&drilldown=1&urlnumber=1

... I hope someone will find the procedure for these Hitachi`s players and it will work for Funai`s...

RE: Need multi-region hack for JVC XV-N44SL

If you can trash one of those JVC XV-N44SL players, you can try these information for XV-"N33SL" instead of "N44SL" ;

http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.php?dvdplayer=JVC+XV-N33&hits=50

especially what these guys said;

RE: Proline 250 HT

I just know this link for Proline`s DVD players;

http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.php?dvdplayer=Proline&hits=50

I hope the procedures for Proline DVD150HT or Proline DVD2500 will work, at your own risk though...

RE: Samsung SV-DVD1E

I don`t what you have done, but did you try the information at this link?

http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.php?select=Samsung+SV-DVD1E

You may find any other information for Samsung`s players, and you can try them at your own risk...

RE: Hack please: Avox ADS-200S

I guess I saw what you saw in Japanese...

1.Open tray
2.Push setting button (initial setup?)
3.Enter 1369 in order to check the sub-version of player
SUB-VER 00.00.00.04 ... unavailable
SUB-VER 00.00.00.06 ... available
4.Enter 3497340 (last digit means the region)
5.Close tray
6.Repeat 2&3 again
7.Check the region code was changed

I cannot find the information for the player having -04 sub version. I hope you guys have -06 units.
