i had the same prob-mine stoped comp-and philips said there was a fault-comet blames philips and they comet-in the end i managed to get a pelacement by printinf of the list of troubles on this site-and know i have a lg model dr4810-which i like alot more-i phoned consumers advice and they told me what to do and say-

if u want it it on dvd now-its aval from various japan websites-mine took about 8 days to arrive-and that was due to easter holidays.and ur sort of right-its like dragonheart-but a lot more funnier than a knights tale-michael clarke duncan has a small role-but when he is in it he is very funny as well-oh and watch out for bill treacher-ie arthur fowler-eastenders-hes in it as well -not seen him in anything since eastenders,and that must be 10 yrs or so,
