Page 1 of need new phone-anyone recomend

i want a decent camera-mp3 ringtones-mp3 player expand mem card etc bluetooth.stuck on 2 at the mo sony ericsson s700i+the k750i
been told that the s700i has got a few faults-but this was by a mob shop=can anyone reco any more-or help with the s700i+k75oi/thanks

I`m thinking of getting the 750i too. Going to upgrade with O2 online I think; it comes with a Bluetooth headset too. The 700i I`ve got now has been a good phone - so I think I`ll stick with Sony.

Though, the new Samsung phones look nice - can anyone give any info on those?

I was gonna go for the SE K750i but then I saw the SE W800i, IMHO its well worth the wait (probably about 1 month). If you don`t wanna wait go for the K750i. :D

I have had the 750i about 2 weeks now its a great phone upgraded from a moto v600.The only two things that I find a down side is the screen is not as big as I would have liked and its not a flip phone.The thing that did it for me was the camera. 8)

Have to be honest & say the 6230i "isn`t bad". Not a resounding recommendation I realise but that`s my honest opinion of it. It has a World renound (sp?) ascending ringtone issue which is VERY frustrating, the camera leaves a bit to be desired & the MP3 player can be prone to skipping the odd track. That said, its a great size & MMC cards are cheap as chips now compared to say memory sticks etc. If I was upgrading now, and after messing around with a lot of freinds phones, I`d probably go with the K750i (or wait & see the prices on the W800). Although, since the death of my laptop, for the first time ever, I`m considering one the pda`s like the Imate Jam etc. :/

But isn`t the only reason to wait for the W800 due to the Mp3 walkman capabilities? The colours are quite nice, but what are the real differences between this and the 750i?

Thats what i was thinking... the k750i has the ability to play mp3 s , and can have its memory expanded with a extra memory card , so its in effect a mp3 player anyway , so i don`t know why anyone would want to wait for the newer phone because it has walkman facilities unless that was something you really needed in a phone, to me there is no difference apart from this one thing+ the colour (i prefer the black 750i ), the photo quality of the k750i is absolutely amazing... , its the next phone im getting when my 02 k700i contract runs out next month

I`ve got a K750i and so far, so good. I`ve used the camera a few times and printed out a couple of pictures 10x15cm. They`re OK (best I`ve seen from a phone) but obviously don`t quite match up to a dedicated 2M pixel digicam. The LED torch has proved useful once or twice (thankfully not for signaling S.O.S. :D ).
I got an unbranded model which from what I have read on various forums and been told by a friend (with a K700i) is a good thing (he had a Voda branded phone and was amazed at the difference when he had it de-branded by getting it flashed on line). The only area of possible concern for the future is the keypad, not too sure of its longevity, time will tell.

Finally, I bought a Krussel case for it, it seems to offer more protection than the BodyGlove version.
