I have just bought an R200 and am well pleased with the results with the epson cartidges. What is the qulaity of photos like with these? Is it worth paying the extra for the epson ones?

I bought the denon 1801 with quadral 1240 speakers from www.hifibitz.co.uk. They sounds fantastic - highly recommended. They even threw in afree coaxial cable!

I recently puchased the quadral surround acitve 1240 package from www.hifibitz.co.uk for £299. Got 5 stars in what hifi and they sound fantastic. Can also get wall brackets.

Anyone got this amp - I am thinking of buying. Is it any good? Does it have speaker A&B terminals for front speakers?

Toy Story 1&2 for £21, Terminator for £15 (R2)

I ordered Toy Story 1&2 Box set and Terminator last Sunday - arrived Sat and Mon. Covers in French but I will put up with that.

I am looking for a speaker package (prefer small speakers) to supplement a DSP A5 amp. I have found:

Yamaha NSP 300 £172
Jamo Apollo pack £286
Mission Cinema 6 £300 (although bigger speakers)
Yamaha NSP610 £335

Anyone have any comments?

Sony STRDB940 v Yamaha DSPA5

I am currently considering these two AV amps and would be grateful for opinions.

Is the Sony worth £100 more? What are the remotes like (I understand the Sony has a programable remote)

I have had mine for 2 weeks and it is great - hard to compare as it is my 1st player. CD prob sounds better than my proper CD player! I have one slight problem with it check my sperate thread.

Help with Pioneer DV-530

I have just bought the above and am very pleased with it - but - I have noticed that when the player is turned off I can hear the TV channels from the video player through my amplifier (very quiet). I think what must be happening is that some TV audio must be leaking down the scart lead to the DVD player and is then being picked up by my amp. Neither the TV or video are connected to the amp.

Any ideas? Is it a fault with the video, TV or DVD or all of the above?
