Transfering VHS Tapes to DVD Via PC

Hi

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I`ve got some old VHS tapes which I would love to transfer to DVD via my PC.

I Have a good spec PC with DVD Writer however what do I need to do this in terms of:

1) Graphics Cart
2) Software and how would I use the software.

Where Can I get Cheap CDR Disks

I`m looking for some cheap CDR Disks approx 50 at a time. The Cheapest I`ve found is 22 Memorex 800MB for just under £3 excluding delivery on Ebuyer.

Does anybody know anywhere you can get them cheaper?

Anybody out there into PC Engine or Jap / USA Snes.

If so any ideas of places where I can get games from?

Also I`ve just bought an NTSC PC Engine that plays in Black and White on my TV. Can I buy a scart lead to sort this or do I have to get my PC Engine Core Grafx modified?

Where Can I get Cheap PC Components Such as a Motherboard and Memory

I want to build a new PC proabably a budget PC, such as an AMD Athlon 2400 with 256MB DDR Ram.

However after looking around on the internet ebuyer seem quite cheap but their memory does not seem that cheap.

Has anybody got any suggestion of sites for cheap memory, AMD Athlon CPUS and Motherboards?
