2 RGB outputs but only one RGB socket!

I have a Sony TV with 3 SCART sockets, but only one of them supports RGB, the other 2 are just S-Video. My digibox is already connected through RGB, but I also want to connect my Panasonic DVD player through RGB, rather than S-Video. Does anyone know where to get a splitter or some other means of connecting both DVD player & digibox through RGB?

RE: Panasonic RV60EBS/Hitachi505E

I have just bought a Panasonic RV60 from Techtronics.com. It is multi-region and has many other features like DTS decoder built-in and only cost £350 incl. VAT, and also Panasonic are giving a bonus of 3 free films, including "Gladiator" at the moment! I`ve been doing a lot of shopping around over the last few months, and have not seen an offer to compare to this. The picture and sound are superb so you can`t lose. The only thing is that I think they are out of stock from Techtronics until the end of January. Check out their web-site though.

Panasonic RV-40 or RV-60?

Techtronics have a very good deal on a Panasonic RV-40 at the moment with 3 free films for about £300 incl VAT. Their web-site says it has RGB output but all the magazine reviews I`ve read says it doesn`t. Which is correct? I it doesn`t then I`ll have to buy the RV-60 which is about £50 more expensive.

RE: LG 3350E

I`ve heard many good things about the LG-3350E and am thinking about buying one. What is the layer change like on it?

Apparently the Sony S-536 player has a very slow layer change which is what put me off buying it.

I`d also like to know whether you`ve used the RGB or S-Video connection, because I`m unsure which is best.

S-Video or RGB?

I`m about to buy my first DVD player but am unsure the best way to connect it to my Sony KV-32FX60 WIdescreen TV. My digibox is already using the RGB SCART socket, so I think I may only be able to use the S-Video SCART. I`ve heard that RGB is the best connection for DVD but is S-Video much different?
