Just bought one of these systems today. Still to connect up.

Can anyone tell me if they`ve managed to get a multi-region hack that works.

Also, does it automatically switch sound when you go to the TV from the DVD.

Still to unbox it - al I right in thinking it has 2 AV ins?

I`d just returned a LENOXX SOUND HT 600 which at £99 in October was great value. But it sterted playing up so was returned. Unfortunately there were no replacements so I was on a mission to find a cheap machine.

Which took me to the AKURA ACHT S02. :)

Are you all pleased with it`s performance

Is this the HT 500 or 600.

600 has a radio FM/AM as well.

Not sure about the patch?

I bought the 600 for £99. Hence my interest. Great quality machines for the price and they can be made multi-region. I was keen to have radio as well though.

Yes, you have . Price should be £99. I think it was £149 at one point but recent publicity leaflets all carried £149.

Go and get yuor £50 back. Good news is that you can make this system multi-region fairly simply, and it`s good value.......at £100.

Are you talking about the LENOXX SOUND HT 600.

If so have you been playing more than Region 2 DVDs in it. I.e can it play REGION 1 and is i there fore multi-region and not in need of a hack???

Lennox Sound HT 600 - Safeways £99

Hope someone can help me!!!

I recently bought a TEVION HT 95 from ALDI but am annoyed that there is no AV in on it.

I want to be able to play tv , vcr, and satt through the DVD speakers. I believe this could be possible with the LEENOX SOUND HT 600. Can anyone help??

Also is there a hack available to make it multi-region????

Hope someone can advise before I go and buy!!!

On seeing this from Mark, I was really tempted to take the TEVION back to ALDI and get this one instead. They do look identical. However, there appears to be one major difference. There is no radio on the HERAO.

Re the AV IN / OUT I don`t think there`s any way round ot. Basically it would appear with the TEVION that you simpy can`t put your tv, satt. box. or VCR through it which is a real shame..... Can`t see that any cables could help with this problem. Any advice from anyone out there???

Like everyone else I just want to get a HACK and at least the existence of the HERAO would indicate there is a way of making it region free. Here`s hoping!!!!
