Hi all I know this is a long shot but myself and a friend are looking for 2 tickets to Barcelona v Liverpool game in Feb, see we booked hotel and flights only because a friend said he could get us tickets off a bloke in spain, turns out he can only give 2 which leaves 2 of us unhappy. Just incase anyone hears of anyone unable to go and would like to bring a smile to our faces let us know. Thank you again

Hotels in Lincoln???

Hi i need some help please, myself and about 10 friends are gonna be going to Lincoln at the end of Feb to see the Kings of Leon concert at the `Engine Shed` but being from Ireland we are not sure what hotel/s are close to the venue/airport/nightlife?? Any help would be great

Hi I hope this is in the right forum, Anyway my problem is this, I purchased the box set of friends the other night using a buy it now option, as i always do i paid straight away, got all the email receipts etc,then went to bed, last night i went back on and i had a message from Ebay saying that they closed the item and that i was no longer obliged to purchase the item , fair enough but when i log into PayPal the money has still been deducted and not refunded as it was in the past if something simular happened, contacted paypal but no reply yet. Anyone know what i should do???

Sky HD Issue

Ok i have Sky HD about 5months now and since i`ve had it i`ve had internitting problems with certain channels (Sky One, Sky Two, Sky Three, Q, Kiss) to name a few. What happens is they sometimes dont come on, all i get is the No Sat Sig Message but i have full good signal on both inputs, I`ve made sure dish is alligned, also got lnb changed by friend who is an installer but i still get this prob. He hasn`t got a clue and we even changed the HD box but with same results. My cable runs are a little above average but not extreme. Has anyone ever had this or simular and could help me? Any help will be much appreciated.

Hdmi screen flicker

Today i bought a Samsung HD680 dvd player and connected it to my pioneer hd ready tv, i also have sky hd running but when i switch to use the dvd i get little white flickers in the pic, no problems with sky just dvd, its happening on 720 and 1080,
ps the picture is perfect but with the odd white flicker, kinda makes it look like old film if u can understand wat im gettin at.

Basically i`m looking for an adapter to allow 2 HDMI connections when there is only 1 port, instead of having to get up each time to switch from DVD to Sky, Anyone know where to get one online?

Quick Question need Help

Hi a friend has bought a dvd burner nto replace his broken cd burner but when he tries to start up pc he gets an error sayin somethin like `Boot disc error`, any ideas?? oh and he got no software with this burner as he got it from a pc repair shop

Its still HD after you record it, there would be no point in being able to record HD if your only gonnna get standard, i`ve tested and its indeed HD playback

Thanks, went on and unfortunately its not available in the Republic Of Ireland but they do offer €35 off a Sky+ box or €75 of a HD one so we don`t feel disappointed, I have HD already so no good to me.
