Page 1 of Ebay Question...

Hi I hope this is in the right forum, Anyway my problem is this, I purchased the box set of friends the other night using a buy it now option, as i always do i paid straight away, got all the email receipts etc,then went to bed, last night i went back on and i had a message from Ebay saying that they closed the item and that i was no longer obliged to purchase the item , fair enough but when i log into PayPal the money has still been deducted and not refunded as it was in the past if something simular happened, contacted paypal but no reply yet. Anyone know what i should do???

Go back into Paypal, click on "Resolution Centre" and file a claim to get your money back - do this *now*.

They do this all the time, ie, closing auctions after transactions have taken place and leave buyers twisting in the wind.

Unless your seller is *super* nice and gives you a refund, you`ve got to get your money back yourself through Paypal`s resolution centre, which is something they don`t tell you.
