thanks all i have found out that it was the VCR causing the interferance, connected up differently not using the scart and it is perfect

DVD picture quality

When playing dvd`s i never seem to get a perfect picture, sometimes you can make out the tv program which is on in the background or i get this kind of faint line scroll across the tv, i also have connected to the tv a sky box,video and surround sound system.Can anyone please help

No picture playing DVD`s

Can someone please help, i have recently bought one of those cheap DVD players from Superdrug. All was fine until i swapped it over to play on a portable tv, when i try to play DVD`s all i get is the sound and no picture if i play VCD`s its fine i get picture and sound. I have put it back on my other tv and it works fine i have also used the same scart lead on both tv`s

so am i right does this DVD play Vcd`s, if it does i take it because of the CDR compatibility it will play your own made up Vcd`s and if so do u have to put a hack in to get it to work.

Hi can anyone help, i have downloaded a music video off of the web, the file extension is mpeg how can i get this to play on my DVD player, it plays VCD`s so can anyone help

Cleaning my DVD player

This may sound a silly question but can i just use a cd cleaner disc or should i purchase a DVD cleaner disc, they seem to be more expensive.

Burning VCD`s

I have some .mpg files can i burn them onto a cd and play it direct on my DVD player. My DVD say`s it will play VCD`s. Or do i need some software to convert it.

can u help i burnt about 20 mp3`s onto a disc using Adaptec Easy CD Creator, i burnt it as data but it does not work when i play them on my DVD player which states it can play them all i get is the screaching sound of data, can u please help

how do i burn mp3 to play on my dvd

I have recently purchased the a Pacific 750 DVD, it states it can play MP3`s.I burnt some onto a cd as data so it kept the extension .mp3 but it would not play all i got was a screeching sound. Does anyone know how you burn mp3`s to be able to listen to them on this DVD player
