An LG LX9900 47" full LED 3DTV - 7 months old

Comes with 4 pairs of Active rechargeable glasses.

This is and amazing TV that I am reluctant to sell. It`s an all-in-one entertainment unit...here are some of the great features.

Plays MKV HD downloads from USB drive connected direct to the TV. (lots of 3D content online)
Has Ethernet and Netcast input so you can stream from PC to TV and get BBC iPlayer, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube direct on your TV.
4 x HDMI Inputs (I have Xbox 360, Sky HD, 3D Bluary attched)

That`s this TV in a nutshell. This is one of LGs top end 3DTVs with amazing picture quality from HD MKV files, Bluary and 3D broadcasts.
I absolutely love the 3D movies and documentaries on this TV but I need some extra money for new family member soon. So I`m downgrading to a standard 47" 2D TV.

I still have all original boxes and manuals for this TV and 3D Glasses.

Wacom Cintiq 12WX - Mint Condition Hardly Used

Purchased this Wacom Cintiq 12wx for a freelance job roughly 12 months ago and it still has 2 years warranty which I`ll transfer to whoever buys it.

It was reboxed after around 7 hours total use and remained like this until this week when I retested before listing it for sale.

It is fully boxed with all accessories and cables and is in mint/pristine condition with no marks or scratches on the screen.

This is a fabulous piece of kit that makes any digital artists workflow speed up.

Lowest price found from a reputable store is £899. Looking for £650 + £10 Postage (Fully Insured) Includes original Play.com reciept and 2 years warranty left.

Also included is a Smudgeguard artists glove worth £13. This stops screen smudges and hand sticking to screen.

Packed with 168 pages in full glossy colour and hardbound it showcases homes around the world with amazing Home Cinema systems designed and built by The TK group.

This isn`t just a book about the mega rich who can afford these lavish cinema rooms (oaky some are) but some have been done in very small spaces and on quite meger budgets and show what can be achieved.
I`ve had this book in my collection since 1997 and it is in mint condition. Now out of print and published in only a small quantity this is now rare and hard to find. This was an import and never sold in the UK!

Hi,

I`ve just won an XBOX 360 pro console in an online PC World competition.
This console has the 20GB HD a wifi controller and headset. It will unopened and unsued (will be delivered to me on 26th June 2008).

I already have an Elite 360 so i`m looking to trade this for a Nintendo Wii console, preferably with a Wii Fit or just a Wii Console with extra contoller and nunchuck and some games.

Any offers???

RE: Infocus Projector £149.99 is this a bargain? Is it good for TV/DVD?

Yeah this isn`t a full HD projector but it will accept a HD signal (Via Component) and yeah it won`t look as good as a HD TV at 720p or 1080p but I had the INFOCUS X1 projector and fed SKY HD to it and even at 800 x 600 it was a vast improvement over standard DVD.

480 or 576p are still HD formats...just not advertised as much a 720p or 1080p.

Here`s a video of the projector in use! Looks good to me for the price!

RE: Xbox 360 playing divx/xvid problems

Since the dashboard update I`ve had no problems playing Divx or Xvid files either streamed through WMP 11 or off DVD-R discs.

I`ve even managed to put some HD MKV Rips (Converted to MP4 using a little program called GOTSENT) onto DVD-R and it plays those too and look amazing at 720p. Okay some films have to be split over 2 DVDs and some over 3 (King Kong, Lord of the Rings) but it`s worth it!

looks really nice with a piano finish front and speakers mounted left and right and not underneath like most TVs. Up and running for over a week now and no quibbles. SKY HD looks lovely and I am using the component inputs for my DVD player which looks great too. I`m sure you`ll be happy with it.

Yeah I contemplated getting the SX but I don`t need the Freeview having SKY HD! Almost went for the 37" though!

Just got one of these on Friday on 24 months 0% finance and a 3-Year swap-out warranty as standard. It has only one HDMI port plus component and a PC input.

Native resolution is 1280 x 720p but it will take a 1080i signal and downscale!

Got mine linked to my SKY HD box and KING KONG looked amazing plus all the old STAR WARS movies were the sharpest I`ve ever seen then...cheap TV but Jaw droppingly good!

Might not be a well known brand but at the price and with that warranty how can you go wrong?

Sky HD for £199

The full story!

I rang Sky yesterday to see if I could connect SKY HD to my Infocus HD capable (BUT NOT HD READY!) projector as it has no HDMI input only VGA or Component! I was told it would connect fine with no encryption problems!

I then asked about the cost and the guy (Tech support) said he`d put me through to sales as they may have some special offers. Within minutes I`m chatting with a sales guy who tells me the only way to get SKY HD at a discount is to introduce a friend to Sky.

Luckily I had just introduced my brother last week and asked if I could change my choice of £50 worth of M&S vouchers (I got a choice of a FREE Sky+ box or the vouchers but no HD???? at the time). But hell, now I can change and get £100 off (£199 inc install) SKY HD. In about 5 minutes I`ve signed up and got an install date of Sun, December 17! ROCK ON!!!!

On the plus side the guy said I`ll still get the £50 worth of M&S vouchers anyway!!!

RE: KING KONG DVD release date

It`s out on region 1 on March 28th and in the UK on April 10th.
EzyDVD have a good offfer on for a SE tin set with FREE production diaries. (also April 10th). The Extended edition is due in November!

I thought the film was pure escapism! Extremely well crafted with a perferct ammount of set up, action and emotion! As for the gore, just go back to the old Jackson flicks like Bad Taste, the man`s a gore hound!

Stop the scientific over analysing and just enjoy it for what it is a piece of pure entertainment, plus Jackson does it so well!

Caught this on SciFi Channel the other day. This is still a great movie! Why can`t I find it on DVD anywhwere. Any more lost classics that you`d like to see on DVD?

Peter Jackson`s King Kong (Special Edition 2 Disc) in a TIN with FREE Production Diaries at www.ezydvd.com. The Production diaries are just the "Vanilla" 2 discc amray case set but it`s in PAL which means higher resolution than NTSC version. It doesn`t come out `till April 12th in Oz though!

Not trying to diss this player but I have a Philips DVP630 that cost £45 that plays Divx. This seems a tad expensive. I know there not available any more but I have a Cello Divx player from Sainsbury`s that cost £35.

Got myself one of these yesterday and it`s very tiny (9"wide). Plays everything I`ve chucked at it from R2, R1, R1(RCE) straight out of the box. Also plays MP3 off DVD
and JPEG image files. It has progressive scan output via RGB phonos. Does NOT play Divx files though.

S-Video connector has three more pins to carry the RGB signal.
In the U.S. they cost $8-15 in the UK they`re £65-£99 (That`s not a typo).
