He has quit his other job and he wants to come back to England?

What do you reckon?

I thought he was there. I saw a headline about Ranieri "City miracle" and assumed he had got the job.

Just gone back though and interview actually said
Quote:

"The Manchester City challenge reminds me of the experience I had at Chelsea where without spending £1, we built a good team," Ranieri told Gazzetta dello Sport. "It was an achievement that convinced (Roman) Abramovich to buy the club.

"I created the Chelsea miracle from nothing. Then, mountains of money came as well as a selection of top players."

In fairness, his track record in the transfer market p***es on Mourinho.

He got Cech, Robben, Lampard, Bridge, Makelele, Gudjohnsen, Joe Cole.

In fairness Mourinho got Essien, Carvahlo and Drogba but spent £70million on them, but that is what Ranieri paid for all the other ones listed.

I think thats a very good point, i didnt see it like that. Although i hate City with a passion, i think Ranieri can turn that club around. I would just also like to point out that City have the WORST discipline i have ever seen.......

Supposedly the Seville boss is going to be the new manager.

Dear god, they must be some serious wedge getting thrown their way to make him want to go there. Both wages for himself and transfer funds.
