Bought a sony 14inch tv from them a couple of months ago, service was very good, recieved the tv within five days of ordering, no complaints.

Having ordered quite a few things from them including 2 amps, dvd player,camcorder and never had any problems so far good service.

Ordered a TV, tried to deliver it within 2 days, did have some problems (trying to get TV delivered on a Saturday), and was originally fobbed off by their Customer Service desk, eventually got it sorted and still had the TV within a week.

Used these guys on many an occasion and found them to be excellant.

They even told me that the camcorder I was buying had now been reduced in price against the price I was quoted on the website,and let me have it at the lower price. Nice people

Failed to respond to two e-mails, one a potential sale. Their loss....

yip been good for me too - bought video for xmas - model out of stock so offered a better one at same price - can`t fault them myself......

i got exactly what it says on the tin. but i was spending over a grand.
for an amp though check out richer sounds www.richersounds.co.uk or www.hispek.co.uk first, usually much cheaper! oh and both have good reps.
