So I order a DVD from Play nearly two weeks ago, still no sign of it. I ordered a DVD on a Wednesday night and got it the Saturday morning but no sign of my other disc.
Do you reckon its lost in the post and that I should order it again?
Play should go back to recorded delivery like the old days, I suppose they have so much business now that they can`t be bothered anymore.

have you looked in your order status if it is in stock, if it is call play, once they didn`t notice my order.After i calld it was ok.the dvd always arrive, usely a week, fast in 4 days, last august some on month.But play handeld it well and send at my request till three times the same dvd at there costs.
finally all arrived (some three times)

It doesn`t sound like you`ve checked your order to see if it`s shipped. Clearly you need to know that before you do anything further. If it was out of stock or something, then they might still be waiting.

It says posted. Posted on the 20th of April. I`ve ordered CD`s from America that have taken six weeks to arrive but Play always deliver promptly. If it was for me I wouldn`t really be bothered I`d wait but its for my sister and shes already paid up.
