Page 1 of Help! Are My EzyDvd`s stuck in customs or `lost`?

I ordered 5 dvd`s that were shipped two weeks ago through Ezydvd (bit of a custom`s magnet but I`ve already posted a thread on that issue) and they still haven`t showed. Looking at the other postings, I guess I should have received them by now, so what do I do next? Anyone have experience of lost dvd`s with this company?

They may well be lost as from previous experience orders should arrive in 4-5 working days or upto 2 weeks if caught by customs, so don`t panic for another week.
EzyDvd will not consider a package lost until 6 - 8 weeks after the order was despatched.

Well i ordered Swordfish off them at the start of december and waited till the end or january for it to show up. After numerous emails they sent me another copy which came within a week. I suppose it got lost or some of the nice blokes at customs took it for a christmas pressie for someone. Bless em.

Ordered 2 dvd`s off them last week they arrived in 5 days, guess i was lucky.

Thanks for the advice - they arrived this morning with a £11 customs charge - ah well I`ll know for next time!

I have just received three (arrived in 5 days from processing) and no problems (as yet).

Hi ya! I ordered The Others on dvd 4 weeks ago. Still waiting for it and getting a bit concerned too. The first one I ordered came in 2 weeks which was Oceans Eleven. Quality was a load of crap to say the least. I hope the others won`t be if I finally get it. Do you have any ideas?
