Just read through all the enteries on this Canadian company..More scary the reasuring..Thought I`d post this now to see if there has been any improvement in their service, as their prices are incredible, and free post. Any comments please. Dogma

Do you mean DVDimport.com? If so, they have always come through for me. In fact, this morning I couldn`t beleive it when Beverly Hills Cop boxset turned up. Outstanding.

Ask yourself this question......."Do i want cheap prices........and crap service or do i want to pay a little extra for my dvd`s from elsewhere and get reliable service?".............i know which one i would opt for!!

hello. I also wondered this and ordered american pie 2 from them. The disc turned up after only 5 days. I was very shocked as i didnt expect it for a month. But................... They sent me the wrong disc. I ordered the unrated version and they sent me the rated version. I cant be a*sed to send the disc all the way back to canada and i shouldnt have to.

Ordered Mountain Of The Cannibal God from DVDIMPORT.com just after Christmas.Credit card billed on the 3rd.Order IS STILL Pending.No replies to the messages I left........so in summary so far - Crap. Ordered same disc from dvdboxoffice.com and it arrived 10 days ago!!
Have ordered tons and tons (probably literally) from boxoffice.Sometimes you do have to wait for your stuff, but they NEVER charge your card UNTIL they send the goods! I think that in this day and age, the way DVDIMPORT.COM charge before sending is very poor and worrying. Boxoffice tend to get new titles to you within 7-14 days. Kiss Of The Dragon arrived yesterday!
