Page 1 of Ezydvd. Long delivery times !!

I ordered a dvd from ezy on the 20th of december and it still has not arrived. The previous titles i ordered came within 4 days which i was quite impressed with. I sent them an email and they said it could take upto 6 weeks for international orders. Pretty crap really. Any comments anyone?

Probably still recovering from Christmas.

Generally they`ve been ridiculously fast (as you say, 3-4 days) : I ordered a load last Sunday.

Hopefully it won`t take six weeks, but there`s a lot of links in the chain before it ends up on your doormat ! Don`t forget there`s been rail disputes as well, which probably hasn`t helped the movement of some mail.

i ordered 3 dvds from devoted that were all shipped individually on the 28 november 2001 the first one turned up on the 5th december no sign of the other 2 for weeks - just as i had given up hope the other 2 arrived on friday 11 january who knows where they`d got to that but they took just over 6 weeks.

So you would be saying EzyDVD are cack because of delays in the postal sevice?

And what pray can they do to affect that?

Once they have been sent they really don`t have that much control over where they go do they.

I`m still getting deliveries about 4 days after ordering.

I`ve no problems with them so far, even during the Christmas period things were arriving in about five days. Excellent service. :-)

Ezy sent me a DVD on Dec 20, which I got on Dec 24 - rather good in my opinion. It`s likely that your package has got held up in our postal system somewhere!

Got my, ahem "gift", from them this morning too ;-)

I ordered a DVD from them on the 31.12.01 and got it on the 7.01.02 - good considering 1st Jan and weekends. I`m sure your stuff will turn up shortley :-) If it doesnt and you have paid by credit card you can dispute the transaction with your card issuer as your goods have not been delivered.

I ordered "Starship Troopers" on 17th Dec....still no sign of it yet, HOWEVER, I ordered "Deerhunter" from them on 10th Jan and rcvd it on 14th Jan.............They assure me that this is not unusual, and that I should give it another week or so before they investigate..........Due to the fact that I have only had excellent service and delivery times in the past, I`m prepared to be patient in this instance !!!!

ordered mine last Thursday...arrived this morning (Tuesday)....they`ve gone right up in my estimation after that `2001` cock up.
