I have bought a load of stuff from ringos recently and can`t recommend them highly enough. Stuff always appears when they say it will - usually next day. Pleasant manner and excellent service.
Cant ask for much better.

EXCEPT of course when you call them up over two weeks ago and order a Region 4 `Pulp Fiction` which they promise will be off to you within 3 days. Over two weeks later it still hasn`t got to you and you call again only to be told they haven`t got any..no emails or phone calls to let you know that you`ve been waiting in vain.....
mind you...I`ve had good service from them in the past, and Angie knows me just by my voice now...perhaps I`ve been calling too much...ah well.

Has anyone received their pre-order Simpsons from them yet? My ISP has been out of commission for about a week so I`ve been a bit blind.
