Just popped onto Ezydvd and I noticed the message `release delayed temporarily`. Anyone got any more information as to why this may be?

Ordered from DVDCrave and got an email to alert me that the disc had been delayed due to a error in printing on the packaging. I later asked them when it would be ready for shipment and was told it would be Monday 3/9/01 which coincidentally is the date the 1 disc version was due to be released. Hope I receive the version I ordered which was the box set, I think i`ll chase up DVDCrave for an update on the status of this disc.

That may be the reason eny Ezydvd are stalling then. At least they say that all pre-orders will be honoured....which is nice :-)

Yep all pre-orders will be sent, but no new orders as they filled their quota. Ezy told me there was a problem with the booklet due to a watermarking error. Warner are reprinting them and will have them with Ezy asap but there`s no definite date. Personally I`m busting to see it :)

Mine was despatched on monday 10/9 from DVDCrave, hope I get the right version (fingers crossed).

..I`m still waiting for EzyDVD to reply to an email I sent on Sunday...they seem to have changed their site as well, and lost most of my delivery address details. Not good for a company so well respected in other parts of these forums. I shall reserve judgement though..

Received mine from DVDCrave this morning, looks very good can`t wait to watch the movie tonight. Think i`ll stick the soundtrack in the car to listen on the drive home from work tonight. Hopefully means other oz sites have shipped this week.

..also posted this on another forum, but there seemed to have been two similar threads going on at the same time. Receievd this from EZYDVD this afternoon..
Hi Alan I apologise for the merry go round of delays with this title, but it has really been beyond our control. The reason there is no clear explanation on our site about when to expect it, is that up until today, Warner Home Video have not been able to give us an exact answer.
They have today confirmed, that after further replication hold ups, they do not expect this disc to be available until Mid November at the earliest. We will be doing a blanket email to all customers that have orders pending,so please excuse us if you receive another email about this situation.
