www.recol.ca has been posted on dvd-swaps.co.uk. Seems legitimate way to complain, so pile in everybody.

Are DVD Soon`s actions (or lack of) criminal or just a result of financial mismanagement and poor planning?

I wouldn`t think their crapness of late would be reason enough for the Mounties to go round and kick their door in.

But by God, that would be funny to watch. :D

If it is not caused by criminal intent, then by us reporting it as a crime they might wake up to the fact that they can`t treat they customer this way.

I have asked my credit card provider to do a charge back and have reported them using the link above for good measure.

actually i filed a `advance fees fraud` in the way they changed the free shipping and discount policies from when i took out the i-card. add to that the fact that many orders are being held until >60days old and cancelled. yet it you place these same orders for the now much higher prices, they are shipping overnight. that certainly is not legal - to not honor orders because they were too cheap even though they already agreed the prices. plus the other fact that they are no longer refunding any money that they have been given for these same orders until `a new refund system is implemented in a few short weeks` - already been several weeks since they took the refund option offline.

all these, to me, is fraud, plain and simple. if you don`t believe me about all the details, check on dvd-swaps.co.uk.

Complaint submitted although I could only put down Natasha Bonfield as a person responsible; any other names which I can add would be appreciated.

You can add and email the following in higher management and "The Customer is Sh**" DVDSOON/LATE.COM

tnecnivv[at]moc.noosdvd

draiuGe[at]moc.noosdvd

The Top one is a senior Manager Nataha`s boss and the one below is the MD - who cannot be bothered - same for both actually.

Hope this helps
