I`ve used them many times and never had a problem, I would recommend them, usually fast delivery too.

Great company, no customs issues.

I ordered both the Sex And The City and Friends complete series just before Xmas. Both came very, very fast.

For future reference, this is why there`s no customs charges for importing from Jersey in the vast majority of cases:

"Goods sold from within Jersey are "Community Goods" (i.e. in free circulation in the customs territory of the EU) and should not therefore be subject to customs duties when you import them from Jersey to the UK."

No customs risk.
Like Sendit.com, dvd.co.uk etc they only ship items for £17.99 and less via Jersey so avoiding VAT. More expensive stuff just comes from their base in Peterborough so usually arrives next day. Jersey stuff has to be shipped to and from Jersey to avoid tax (they don`t keep stock there) so can take upto a week to arrive.

Also they use Parcelforce for high value stuff (usually over £25) so make sure you use a delivery address someone is at to sign for the stuff.

Overall very good and no problems with my orders with them.
