Page 1 of Sendit... slooow

Sendit.com have been around for a while under the guise of blackstar, I always liked them then. However, I ordered Guild Wars a week ago and not only did they take an excessive(compared with Play at least) 48 hours to dispatch, Guild Wars still hasn`t arrived. My question is... how long should I wait before I moan about it to them?

You should wait 7 days before reporting it. I had a disc fail to arrive recently and other orders have been slow to be despatched. They are not as good as when it was Blackstar that is for sure.

Sendit are the last place i turn to online if i need anything.

Not only are they incredibly slow, but in my experience, have a lot more parcels go missing than other R2 E-tailers.

And they accused me of fraud once! >:(

Right, thanks for the advice. I`ll bear all that in mind.

Well they have good communcation lines... same message phoning and emailing them.

I`ve never had an e-tailer blame Royal Mail before, and the sad thing(if it`s true) is it`s cost them a customer.
