yes, I have never heard anything negative about them and I know people who have ordered via them and received the stuff.

yeah top quality. i find these are the most reliable of the lot!!!

I buy nearly all my discs from them as I find they are usually the cheapest and are very reliable.

My only issue is that everything comes registered post which means I usually get home after work to find that bloody postcard on the doormat instead of my DVD

The best online retailer I`ve ever used! Credit where credit`s due.

It`s only R2 disks they send by registered post (or so it seems) - all of the R1 titles I`ve bought have been sent via normal everyday mail.

I`ve received some R1 stuff by Registered Post and others by ordinary.... not sure why the difference...

Not always cheapest, but definately quick and reliable, and very easy to change/ cancel orders.

All R2 discs are sent Recorderd from Jersey (where play are based)

Almost all R1 discs are sent not recorded from Canada

The R1 discs normally arrive quicker than the R2 discs due to the shipping delays from Jersey to the UK.

R1 are usually in 2 days
R2 are usually 3 -4 days.

I`ve only used them once, but the service was reasonably quick (once I`d sorted out my own error or inputting credit card details wrong....just wish they`d told me via email instead of me having to ring them to ask why my order was just sitting there)
