Anybody any experience of the above?
I ordered a TV Link (Magic eye) from them on Monday for £6.99 including royal mail recorded delivery from Basildon.
I was informed it was despatched the same day but I have not yet recieved it,customer services seems to be constantly engaged, and they havent responded to an email.
Edit - have responded to email and are investigating.

My advice to anyone thinking of using the digiboxshop is DON`T!!!!
They never answer there customer service phone and take weeks to reply to emails and then only when promted by worldpay and my credit card company.
From my experience i just couldn`t recommend them to even my worst enemy.
There are much more competent retailers selling satellite equipment than the digiboxshop.com
