Has anyone else had problems with techtronics! i ordered a dvd player with them last week and found out they have debited my account twice and to rub salt into the wound they have only sent the dvd player and forgot to send the speakers. It seems impossible to get hold of them on their contact telephone numbers and they don`t respond to emails!! anyone have any other telephone numbers where i can contact them to sort this problem out?

problems with techtronics? yeah i`ve had some - many people have - mostly we agree - don`t use techtronics.

I`ve been using Techtronics for a while now. I`ve bought three DVD players from them, one VCR, and one widescreen television. I`ve never had a problem each time. Everything was easy including all transactions and delivery. Everyone I spoke to were very helpful. Also their website is one of the easiest to use with the all specification detail clear to understand.

Would I use them again? Definately! They`d be my first choice.

I sent my player off to them to get chipped 3 years ago. Wonderful service from them.. They kept calling me to make sure that everything was ok, and then when it took longer than expected for it to come back to me, 1 phone call and I had it 2 days later.

I would use them again.
