Page 1 of cd wow spartacus delay

I ordered Spartacus 2 disc criterion ed from cd wow on Feb 1st and although the money has been debited i still havent recieved the disc.They e mailed me to tell me that it should be back in stock by the 9th(it wasn`t), and so after emailing them they`ve now told me that it should be back in stock and despatched on the 13th(it hasn`t).Has anyone else had any delays with spartacus or any other criterion release from cd wow?
I use them all the time and marvel at their service, but it does p**s me off that they debit the money before sending discs out..... :(

I ordered a Ryan Adams cd on the 27th January and I still haven`t received it! They have sent me 3 emails telling me the expected despatch date, but those dates have all passed by! The latest date is the 21st February. I can`t complain though as I got the cd for a mere £4.99 after using various combinations of links and vouchers!

Yeah i managed to get spartacus for £16.49 so im not complaining too much....it does bite a bit though

I ordered Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Criterion using vouchers and it was sent about a week after I ordered it. It seems that they are putting voucher users "to the back of the queue". I got my DVD yesterday though so yours should be sent soon.
