10 days after apparant dispatch and my £60+ order has still not arrived. Should I be getting worried? I have had 3 previous order at around £20 are turn much quicker than this. What happens if my DVDs dont turn up (there are 5dvds in the order), will they send them out again? Got a bad feeling that I am going to be screwed out of £60 with nothing to show for it.

I wouldn`t worry too much ;)

Which shipping option did you use? If it`s the cheapest, then allow 20 business days though DVD Pacific parcels generally arrive well before that.

Don`t forget that all parcels come through Mount Pleasant (London) and they will still be clearing an immense backlog from the postal strike.

These guys are brilliant but can`t be held responsible for the speed of the post. Give it 30 days or so and then e-mail them.I`m sure your parcel will be here by then, if not, they will sort it out.

Now if you`d have said DeepDiscount DVD then I`d have said initiate a chargeback now :D

Having used several online suppliers these guy`s are the best, good prices and fast low cost shipping upgrade
your order will be subject to import charges if the total including postage is greater than £18 and will be delayed passing through customs and the postal system, so best to order and ship single units

They turned up today and no import tax! These guys are to good to be true - thats 4 orders that have fufilled from me with no complaints. They dont display the value of order on the box - therefore will every order £18+ avoid customs?

Well the packages that I have had from them do have an import `stamp` rather then a sticker and coupled with the growing trend of companies to not include a packing slip means that it is very unlikely that you will get hit for tax. Put it this way mate, I fully intend to use DVD Pacific for all my region 1 orders regardless of whether it is over or under £18.

And to carry on singing their praises I ordered LOTR:TTT (extended version) at lunchtime last thursday. Got a shipping confirmation 4 hours after the order and using their cheapest postage rates it arrived this morning.

Quite simply DVDpacific rule 8)

Pre-ordered a 3-disc WWE DVD recently, for the remarkable price of £13, and it arrived a couple of days before the official release date in the States. So I`m very pleased indeed with this company & shall be using them again.
