I can`t comment on Amazon as I have not used them before but I can say that DVD Soon are utter s***. I ordered a DVD in June and never received it. I emailed them and their response times were terrible. Still no DVD. Will never use again.

DVD Soon is one of the slowest etailers on the planet, but is also one of the cheapest. Plus communications via email can, in my experience, take a 2~3 days to get a reply.
Amazon.com is reliable though you`ll pay more for delivery and goods in general (when comparing prices with DVD Soon that is).
In terms of customs, I`ve not had packages from either place get caught, but that`s not to say that they couldn`t!

not worried about the price, only a few quid difference, i will prob go 4 amazon, seems every1 gets mixed experiences wit dvd soon
