Are they any good?
In my experience, no.
I have only ordered from DVD Plus once, but I`m not going to order from them again.
It took over a week for the Halloween special edition 2 disc DVD to arrive, and when it did, I found it wasn`t even shrink-wrapped. The case was covered in scratches, the booklet inside was ripped, and both the discs had fingerprints and scratches on them.
It was sold as a new DVD - but it had clearly been used! I sent it back the same day asking for a replacement.
About a week later the replacement arrived. This time it was shrink-wrapped, but the case was still very badly scuffed and scratched. The 3D sticker on the front had been stuck down way off-centre, so that some of the title text was obscured . Also the holder for the second disc was broken at the hinges.
I can except that a DVD may incur some damage, but these were clearly substandard and shouldn`t have been posted (the first one had certainly been used ).
I`ve sent the second DVD back, asking for a refund.
I certainly wouldn`t recommend using them.

I have just received my NYPD Blue Season 1. I am not too sure if this DVD was new. It was shrink-wrapped but I know that you can do that with a machine, what makes me think that it was not new it that all the disk were in the wrong box (i.e. Disk 1 and 2 in box 3). The disks look ok but somehow I have my doubt. Has anybody else experience that..
