it`s a 10 days now and they have not sent my order. Two telephone calls and an un-answered e-mail. So should I order elswhere or has anyone had success with this company?

I got a DVD player from them about 18 months ago, came pretty quickly and had no problems with it (except it didn`t play any discs at all when it first arrived, before suddenly sparking into life in which state its been ever since)
Was cheap at the time and got a free £20 scart lead bundled with it for good measure.

They have a store a the Gateshead metro centre, i`ve been in a few times and and bought my DVD player there. They seemed very clued up in store, shame the web site is letting them down. They have a pretty good reputation around here.
