I have just received a DVD from DVDMode and the put the wrong one in. I asked for Star wars II and they sent me Ice Age. Has anybody else had the same problem? Does anybody know the procedure (I have sent them an email already). Thanks JC

Don`t know the procedure for returns but i have found them very good with responding to e-mail and refunding money.
