Hi, can anyone tell me what the longest time anyone has waited for an order from DVDsoon.com, I placed an order and normally recieve it within 5 days, but this has taken longer so im not to sure.

I used to get all mine within about 5 days but lately it seems to have stretched to about 10. Having said that an order with Absound is still outstanding after 3 weeks. They also used to deliver in about 5 days.

when you say 10 days is that including all the processing and stuff, or is that when you get confirmation that your order has been sent.

from my experience, if all product is `on hand` then it takes about 6 or 7 days to reach me here in London.

Lucky 10 Days after I`ve received notification of despatch from both DVD Soon and the Canadian Postal Service. My Absound order was despatched on 9th Sept still not received. From DVD Soon one shipped on the 25th, two shipped on 26th and one on the 27th. Nothing received so far. Actually I did get Near Dark from DVD BoxOffice and that was with me in only 7 days. I was beginning to think it might have been a prob with Canada Post.

Sounds like customs are after your blood. One of my absound orders got taxed and held by customs but it still arrived in 7 days from despatch date. Scooby has been shipped today from dvdsoon today hopefully will have it by monday.

I have now received the DVD sent on the 27th - that`s 7 days. Earlier orders still in post.

I posted another thread asking what was the longest time anyone had had a package in the post. I think I have the record so far because my package finally arrived 22 days after I received the `sent delivery` mail from Canada Post. It looks like Canada Post may be the weak link here - I didn`t have any problems with customs.
