Page 1 of DVD Box Office - How long do they usually take?

Ordered Star Wars : AOTC, and two Gamecube games about a week and a half ago, and they still haven`t shipped them.

Obviously Star Wars isn`t out yet, but the two other games would seemingly be in stock as they were major titles, so why wouldn`t they have even left the warehouse yet?

I e-mailed and asked them and they sent back this:-

You can check your order status on line.

Just log in to your account, and click on ACCOUNT HISTORY.

If you have any orders that haven`t been shipped yet and are awaiting
stock, they will be in the PENDING ORDERS section and will be shipped as soon as we can get them in stock.

then SCROLL DOWN.

Any order that has already been shipped will be in the INVOICED/SHIPPED
ORDERS section.

Once shipped orders take on average 7-21 days to get to you. For
International orders at least 8 weeks must elapse from the date of shipment
before we can take further action on packages that have exceeded the
average delivery time.

Which clearly doesn`t help me at all!!! Can anyone help? I thought maybe they hadn`t shipped because Star Wars wasn`t out yet, so that they could ship all items in one go?

They usually take about 2 weeks. They are usually cheaper though so you can`t have everything eh!!

It varies but the average is probably about 12 days. I`ve had lots and they all seem to get here in around 10-14 days. Adult titles are shipped from Europe so take a lot less time.
However, it sometimes takes them ages to process and ship so the above times are all from date of shipping.
