I was just looking 4 mary poppins on the price compare site and the top 3 sites were
Playcentric 8.48 DVD Box Office 9.05 DVD Soon 9.13
I haven`t used any of these sites b4. has anyone got any info on any of these companies..
As in live in GB i want to be charged in Pounds so not having to pay any conversion rates on on C card.
I think Playcentric charge in dollars in that right.
I also like to only order from sites that don`t charge 4 delivery, and the price that you see u pay.
I have ordered from Play, movietyme and CD-WOW b4.
I think 4 mary poppins the new R2 version is best so i would prefer this one.
play is 11.99 movietyme is over £15 and Cd-WOW don`t seem 2 have it.
Can any1 give me some guidance, and any info on the 3 companies mentioned would b appreciated.

Only ever used DVD soon from the above name list and thay aint to bad. As for conversion rates on CC, You shouldnt worry to much I only usually pay 20p above the usual conversion rate used @ http://www.xe.net/ucc the most Ive ever been charged is 45p! Might be worth trying http://www.ezydvd.com.au you only pay a couple of £££ for a very good Ausie postal service!

I have ordered regularly from DVDBoxOffice and other than being slow, I haven`t had a problem with them. TO be honest, I`ve not heard of the other 2 retailers.

I believe (if my calculations are correct) that the total price from EzyDVD would be £12.14 including postage. They do offer very good service though.

I bought Mary Poppins from FutureEnt £12.99. It is R1 Disney Gold Collection. If you want R2 I saw it in Asda the other day for £9-something, not sure if both region versions are the same though.

CAN ANYONE CONFIRM ASDA`S PRICE FOR IT ON DVD AS I WILL GO THERE ON FRIDAY IF IT`S ONLY AROUND A TENNER.

Went to Asda the other day, all the disneys are £15-£19 but they are buy 2 get a tenner off. Bought Fox and the hound and Atlantis for my little girl and cost just under £22, i think. Not bad £11 each, the smile on her face when I gave them to her worth a million times more.
