Page 1 of Samsung E900 music playback

Daughter has this phone and uses it as her MP3 player. However some of the msuic she has on computer doesnt play. She has both ripped CDs and downloaded (legit downloads with licences etc). Was wondering whether this phone has problems with some types of music (eg: DRM`d tunes)??

Any other owners have similiar problem and how to get around it?

i don`t know if it`s the same problem i had on my original D500 (ver 1 firmware) but the D500 didn`t like it if you used variable rates mixed together, which was a pain cos i had music at 128+kbps, in stereo & a couple of small audio books at around 56kbps in mono, i ended up using cdex to make them all 128kbps (google it for the free download)
