Got a strange problem here, I can connect to my wireless router ok and can see the other computers on the wireless network but cant connect to the internet.
However, if I plug into the router via ethernet, then I can connect to the net ok. My flatmate said she had the same problem the other day on her laptop too but the weird thing is, my desktop PC upstairs can connect out fine.
Nothing`s changed on the router config (DLINK DSL-G604T) and the only thing I changed on the laptop yesterday was to install utorrent.
Anyone got any bright ideas? It`s got me stumped....
cheers,
MK

have you checked under the Network Connections icon on the Control Panel ? I`ve sometimes found that wireless connections get disabled by new programs . (god knows why ??)
