I was working on a dvd cover for a friends holiday dvd. The majority was green, few pics jobs a gooden. when i printed the cover off everything was perfect but it had yellow lines going down so I changed the cartridges (needed doing anyway). So again printed it off and the yellow lines had gone but now all the pictures have a purple overtone altho the jamaicain flags stayed perfect. Thinking that maybe Acoustica cd cover maker had gone gaga (long shot i know) I went on to google and typed in liverpool found a jpg of the crest and printed it near perfect. So i tried a photo i have on my computer and it came out purple aswell. The inks are in the correct place, I have checked a few times as i thought maybe one was in the wrong slot
Any ideas
I am going to try and buy some genuine cartridges from te3sco and see if that works since the purple problem only happened after i changed the ink.
p.s i have cleaned the heads and done a nozzel check and it looks like the light magenta & magenta are the same colour.
THanks
